01. Guesthouse Manager
Salary: SCR 12000 ( LKR 295,00 )
Working hours: per day 8
Working days: per week 6

Requirements:

• Age between 30-45 years.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Must have 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Manage all aspects of guesthouse operations e.g., bookings, guest relations managing staff, basic bookkeeping, planning, marketing, reception maintaining the property in good order, achieve revenue targets.
• Must have to international Driving License for a passenger car.

02. Villa Attendant (Housekeeper & Cook)
Salary: SCR 8000 (LKR 195,000)
Working hours: per day 8
Working days: per week 6

Requirements:

• Age between 25-40 years.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing in English
• Housekeeping, Cooking and Guest care.
• Required to work with flexible hours because of Guesthouse operating needs
• Must have to international Driving License for passenger car.

03. Handyman
Salary: SCR 8000 (LKR 195,000)
Working hours: per day 8
Working days: per week 6

Requirements:

• Age between 25-40 years.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Perform general maintenance such as gardening, cleaning tasks, Minor carpentry, painting and masonry task and assist with the general operation of the guesthouse as directed.
• Must have to international Driving License for a passenger car.
